Do you wear one? If so what information do you have on it?
I am thinking of getting one.

Put your allergies on the braclelet, especially if it is a life threatening reaction. I keep a card in my wallet it has all the meds I take on it and their dosages and it tell that I have ra, pa, and oa beside the hypothyroidism. That way they know and if there is a problem.I have one with my heart condition listed. If you have a lot of medical problems/are on a lot of medications, it might be best to get a medic alert service. That way, the paramedics call the number on your id bracelet and they will tell them what meds you are on, allergies, etc. love, juliahThanks!
I have RA,OA and high bp. No allergies. I just worry because of all the
meds that I take. I want to be careful esp. since I am traveling this
summer.

I think at one time, I knew someone who could not list all of their
conditions on a bracelt so their solution was to put a comment on the
bracelet that said something about checking pocket/wallet etc for a
medical card where all meds and conditions were listed.
