I spent some time at the swimming pool this summer. The easiest way to watch school age kids I have found. LOL Well my hair is thinner dryer ect. just from the RA and meds anyway, add chlorine and you have thinner and even dryer hair.

So I got the aussie 3 minute mirical { The sleek and smooth, they have two kinds}and I love it. I needed some new moose so I thought the fructis would smell good so I tried it. It says extra volume and well thats what I was looking for.

It made my hair look fabulas! The problem is it smelled horrible. After it dried it did not smell so bad. Truely they need to work on the scent of this product if they want any repeat customers.  I love the way thier shampoo smells so I was really suprised and truely let down by the smell. Maybe they just made a bad batch.

I went back to the store and got some TRESemme' I have not tried it yet but hopefully it will smell better. Well it says it is humdity resistant. I hope so this is a very humid week.

I recently joined the Y and have been swimming and my hair is really drying out too.  I bought the Tresemme Naturals conditioner.  I've been trying to do a condition-only wash in between every shampoo.  I know it's bad to shampoo every day, but I feel like my scalp is dirty if I don't.
The Fructis moose smelled really bad.

I usually use Aussie moose. Just I think it works better for me in the winter than this hot humid weather.

I always love the smell of Ausie products.

The Fructis moose is what smelled bad.
milly2010-08-09 14:15:21I recall that years ago, everyone used mayonnaise and it did wonders for hair.  It's only when the expensive stuff appeared in stores that people forgot all about mayonnaise.  Some put lemon juice mixed with it and it lightened their hair just a little bit.  Good stuff! I am into aroma theorapy myself. I buy cheap stuff alot and it even smells good. I love alot of the Vo5 shampoos and conditioners.

The green tea was our favorite but they new and improved it. We still use it but we want the old potion back. I think it cost .39. The boys even love it so we always have a bottle in the shower.

My hair has actually been breaking off alot. So an unusual emergency. I ware it in a ponytail alot. So much hair has broken off lately that all of these unruley  broken hairs are sticking up because they broke off too short to fit in the  ponytail. Hence I am trying to ware it down until some of the broken hairs grow out.

Sometimes these days I could care less what I look like. Then there are those vanity days. Yep I want to look like I have a younger persons hair. My hair did look wonderful. Just I like good smelling stuff.

I like the Herbal Essence Color Me Happy Acia Berry. That is it smells good. Maybe even the best smelling shampoo that there is. My sister only uses that. I only buy it when it is on sale. I bought a couple of bottles last month on sale for .50.

I love the way the Fructis shampoo smells.

I have naturally curly hair. In this humidity it turns to naturally frizzy hair.
milly2010-08-09 18:01:29Just wanted to pop in and put in another vote for biotin... It, as well as taking the extra folic acid, made a difference in my hair!

Good luck!

Isn't that always the way, Snow? you find a product you love and they discontinue it... I use Pantene volumizing shampoo........
