My head is horrid. The headache of headaches.

Sjorgren's is evil today! So I can not take many of the meds I need. I took a prilosec for my tummy. Wrong thing to do.

Sinus doc is going on a much deserved vacation. Not that he could fix me immediately anyway. Allergy shots take time. He was sort of freaked out by the dryness. This is just a super bad day for dryness in my mouth and throat.

I do have a bit of moisture location is my ear drum of all places. I can feel a bit of drainage in the ear tube also. That is the only moisture in my body it seems like. Alright maybe thats not true. Maybe some where in my body I have moisture? Certainly not in my head it seems.

This is so misserable I keep thinking I could die from lack of moisture some how? I am not probably dehydrated because I am drinking constantly.

Well I guess I have to wait it out. Stuff always seems to move around. Dry mouth one day and something else the next.

Maybe I will try a hot bath for the sinuses? Warm rags on my forhead and such?
Milly, sorry you are having such a rough day.  Although you have probably already tried it, it have to say that the ONLY thing that has worked for my dry mouth is sugar free chewing gum.  I use a very hot peppermint one, and it certainly does stimulate saliva and keep my mouth reasonably moist.  I chew it nearly all day long - buy it in bulk LOL.  My Rheumatologist (and my dentist) recommended this to me, after trying Biotene and loads of other expensive stuff that did nada. So the gum may possibly do the trick for you too.  Hope so!!I got a big bottle of salsa. It actually helped the headache even as well as it brought up a few drops of moisture.

Someone once said something about eating lettuce. So I got some Romain Lettuce hearts as they appear to be in season.

Really I feel much better. Not a cure but it sure did help. I was beyond pepperment. I have pepperment candies. I am allergic to aspertain so the sugar free gum is out for me. Sometimes bubble gum even helps.

The salsa helped my sinuses and eyes as well as saliva. LOL You would not think to go to the grociery store for a headache. Well it really helped more than the pain meds.
Pleased you feeling a little better.  Yes, difficult to find the right thing I suppose, with the allergies.  But good that the bubble gum sometimes helps too, as with the salsa.   I wonder??  When I was a naughty little sister, my brother used to play the cornet.  If I sucked a lemon wedge in front of him when he was practising, his mouth (as well as mine) would fill up with saliva, and he couldn't blow a note!!   Perhaps you need a naughty little sister.
