I hope you all are doing well on your diets. I did good today except when I got home from work a little while ago I ate some Churches Chicken and uuggghh...it was so greasy! I ate it quick 'cause I was so hungry. I'd eaten a whole piece of it before the greasiness hit me. Now I feel kind of pukey, green, barfy,
Sweets have always been my downfall. I don't buy a lot of things because I eat it if it is in the house. I don't buy maple syrup cause I will just drink the bottle.
As long as I don't have these things in the house I am OK. If I need them for a specific recipe I will buy just enough for the recipe so there won't be any left over for me to eat. Tomorrow I will weigh myself. I hope I have lost something, anything. I'll let you all know how things go with my visit to the scales. Cross fingers and hope for the best Good luck
