If anyone was wondering. WoW whats with all of the spammers? It took a few pages just to find you all.

Well I was having some major muscle issues in my lower back. Spasms of the worst kind. Shoulder and hip issues. I just did not see agravating it by trying to hunch over a laptop to type.

I truely hope that this is a quick faze I am going through. Sigh! Looking at my history with muscle spasms things could be grim. That is my foot had simalar issues for three years. Not sure what I would do if my back does this for three years.

Well it started in mid August but the docs were all helpful and gave 20 mg of pred a day. Then they knocked me down to 5 mg of pred a day. Well the nurse practioner had a helpful thought. NOT! Said I could take flexeril three times a day.

Editing to add that I can also not take flexeril three times a day because of the Sjorgren's. My mouth would get so dry all of my teeth would fall out.

If I was someone else maybe I could. I take a lot of other meds Lyrica for example and three times a day combined with that would put me in a coma. I did get desperate enough to try it and yes it put me to sleep. Also it did not help.

The only thing that quills my tendonitis is prednisone. The only good news is my foot is not having muscle spasms anymore.

Yep I thought I had the muscle issues beat with the Lyrica for awhile thats how things were.

So my flare is not over but calming a bit. I see the RD in about six days. I am going to have him put in writing that people doctors what ever are to give me the help neccasary to get through these rough patches.

Honestly it is my GP that normally gives me prednisone but due to recent economics he has moved his practice out of state. He is aviliated with a hospital and they shut down the office in my town and he now works on the campus of the hospital.

Well actually the way I see it I guess it does not hurt to be doing poorly when I go to the RD. So that way I can show him that we need a new plan of action.

So that is my story. To occupy myself I have been checking out some new tv shows.

Today I am thankful that my arms are not so sore and throbbing that no meds could touch the pain. I am thankful that the muscles in my lower back are not trying to snap in half backwards, and yes if you were wondering that really hurts alot!
