I found it. The majority  of the time that the parotid glands is swollen then so is the lacrimal glands.

So it is bylateral and it puts so much pressure on the eye that it can distort vision. That is when you want prednisone because it is painful and sort of scary because it feels like your eye ball is going to pop out. That is when the swelling is bad and on both sides under the tear duct so I was not even exagerating it is really exactly what it feels like.

Well it is among the worst headaches I have experienced plus I really do not think it is good for the eyes.

Happens in Sjorgrens syndrome, sarcoidosis. lymphoma, and a few other things that I know I do not have.

So now I am not so afraid of them getting the test done. I am pretty sure it is Sjorgrens Syndome but I can see why the test should be done to rule out lymphoma and ect.

So by the way the lady at radiology lab asked if I had swelling around my eye I was sure that the eye gland was related to the parotid but this is the only condition that I have found that refers to both.

Basically treatment is to treat the condition so thats what I suspected all along. So yes they better give me prednisone until they can resolve this is all I have to say.

So I had the swelling in the lacrimal long before I noticed it putting pressure on the eyes that is more of a new thing like the last few weeks I would say. Certainly not the sort of thing that I would not say something about. I have been on so much pain medicine that I thought I might forget to tell the doctor. Like when you forget butter or dish soap at the grocier.

Thats why I studyed it the night before. Take off your glassses and show the RD your swollen glands in your eyes and ask him what to do and who to see. First thing before you forget and get on a another topic. I was sure it was Sjorgrens but it was so insain of a happening that you think someone will look at you like you are crazy when you tell them what is happening.

Editing to correct a misspelled word and to say add arthritis in the jaw to better pressure things up and WOW what a painful thing.
