Oooh. That's right. Did they party hearty? Are you able to stand? I have to plan my daughter's 16th this fall...yipes stripes! If I start working on it tomorrow, I might be ready in 6 months.  BB must be pooped out-----Are you out there girl.....Hmmm...wonder where she is??  Hope everything is ok BB

Ahh you guys! Thanks for the concern...you are the greatest!

The party went great! Absolutely the time of their lives and it was so good to see those kids again. My daughters' best friend was just a bundle of absolute delight and I was just as happy to see her as my daughter was. It was a bit difficult though initially cause it reminded me of the life I had, and the girls doing this and that and all the running to and fro and the phone calls, but it was sort of a closure for me so that is really good.

They had really bad weather driving up and had to stop due to a hail storm but made it fine, then the day they left there was another storm. While here 2 of them got tatoos , one was my daughter.....great huh? It looks fantastic though and she is so pleased with it. Being teens they either ate, slept or were gone so they were not any trouble at all.

The Thursday before they got here I had chest pains and thought I had pnemonia, went to the clinic ( lovely ins. huh? I will be on a new plan in May) and the Dr. listened to my chest once and said I was having a heart attack and I needed to go to the ER. I refused treatment of course because I felt fine just tired and I had to go get my daughter and I was the only one that could get her from her friends' house, everyone else was gone.

Long story shortened a bit, Sunday I went back to the ER in my town due to chest pain and dizziness and they thought I was having a heart attack and treated me as such and sent me to the hospital for observation. I had all the massive test and all turned out just fine. My heart is fine with the exception of the mitral valve prolapse which does not heal I learned......well fine! lol

The interesting part was my chest pain increased when I was laying still. Heart problems occur mostly when active. SO on and on with all the sticky snaps thingies on me and heart monitoring and the stress test. I also learned I was in good shape...so that is a good thing! Like I stated, all is fine and it was concluded it was just asthma, although I did learn that Fibro can cause/mimic chest pain especially around your heart area. WONDERFUL!!! I took it as information and let it go at that! lol On my way back from the hospital my sis took me to the chiropractor and he did several adjustments to my back and chest and relieved whatever pain was left over. It truly helped na dI go back Friday for another adjustment. I felt a bit  bad cause I wished I had gone to the chiro first, but that is all hindsight which we all know is 20/20. Besides, like the chiro stated, you have to make sure it is not the heart first and go from there.

lol AND NO!  the kids did not cause me  heart trouble although I would love to kid my daughter that they did, they were just great kids. A bit noisy the first 24 hours because they were all so excited to be here. They painted her wall with murals and fun stuff and I have a huge pile of towels and bedding waiting  near the washer for me to  wash.  I will do it with much more enthusiasm now after my big scare. Life is precious!

Sounds like a fun time...except of course for the chest pains.  Always best to have that checked out...glad everything is fine, BB.

Good luck with the laundry!

Wow BB-glad to hear your are okay and that your girls had fun. It is so weird b/c Marisa Sue went to the ER on sunday, my Granny went Sat night for the same thing as you--same routine---we just got her home about 2 hrs ago. Then my brother-in-laws dad had to have emergency heart surgery on Sat. and my aunts Dad had a mild heart attack on Saturday too! I am just glad I was off this weekend 'cause if this many people that I know went to the ER this weekend I cant even imagine what the rest of the people out there must've been up too!

PS-what kind of tat did your daughter get?

Hello! Sorry I am so late in replying, I have been taking it easy ( being very lazy and enjoying every second of it!)and having to look for cars for my daughter. I decided to lessen my work load and to do that she will need a vehicle.

I have been feeling pretty much ok, go for a recheck tomorrow. I just want to get on with my life and it seems as though I have more trouble getting that accomplished.

My daughters' tattoo is a huge bunch of flowers on her back. We put cream on it several times a day and for the life of me I still do not understand why she had to get such a big one but such is my daughter. It is very pretty and she is still delighted with it. She has been keeping busy  with her new bfriend, just as cute as a button, freckles and all and has a job and drives and is a bit older than her. He is quite the  gentleman as well. I am sooooooooooo happy for her!

Well that about sums it up in a nutshell for me. Thanks again for all your concern. That heart thingy sure scared me and quite frankly the heart observation part of the hospital I was in was full.Sure seems there have been a lot of people going to the hosp for heart probs hasn't there been?! Scary! I was very fortunate  and got right in which was a relief. It would have been nice to have a special someone there to hold my hand but my sis was a great support and my mom and daughter called all the time. I slept when they were not testing or taking vitals, which was minimal!lol
