i may have RA in my hips hurts so bad when i lay down and even to get up to move and they hurt to walk i may have it in my back,kness,hips,hands,fingers i have DDD to and ARTHRITIS runs in my family my mom has it and alot of family have it to my fingers are changeing how they look bent how ever you spell it or changing there shape how do you know if its in your fingers?
When I have flaring in my hands, it's usually my PIP (middle knuckles) and my MCP (joints closest to the palm) that present with pain, redness, and some swelling on occasion. My wrists generally hurt as well. I also experience fatigue with my flares. I feel like I'm fighting a virus and just don't have the energy to accomplish anything.
You mentioned that arthritis run in your family. Is that osteoarthritis, or rheumatoid arthritis? Also, have you seen a rheumatologist yet? You should think about making an appointment.
ty for the comment and i think that osteoarthritis runs in our family no i have not seen a doctor for it yet but going to have to make one soonPlease go and see a doctor and have this tested with some blood work....
The sooner you know what is causing all this pain and discomfort the sooner treatment can begin so as to elevate this suffering you are experiencing.
more times than not self diagnosis is wrong. Get to the doctor and find out what is going onYes..see a professional.. but realize that blood work doesn't always tell the story.
