Foot Question | Arthritis Information

 

Hi, has anyone had an RA flare on the top of their foot?  Mine is red and inflamed and cause I didn't think there were any joints there DH took me to the Dr. who ruled out a broken bone and Gout.

 

This is a new place for me to have a flare.  I can't move my toes and need a walker to get around.

Yes, I've had that happen many times.   In fact, just happened last week.  A friend of mine couldn't believe how red the top of my foot was.  It usually only lasts for about 2 days though for me.I used to get a lot of pain on the top of my foot, specifically near (but not in) the toes.  There are a lot of little joints there to get inflamed.  Hope you're feeling better soon!Thank you both.  Today is day #6 but with a Prednisone burst the day was a little better.
