I am leaving to go up to the hospital, my husband is being admitted because he keeps passing out and they cant figure out why. It has been a long day and tommorrow will be another missed day of work + a day of uncomfortable chairs and cold rooms! I wouldnt miss being there for him for anything, but the hospitals sure dont make it very comfortable for the visitors. So, I am off to pack my bag and his, and then pack up my kids. I will try to get back on when I can. I guess I will have to come home periodically to let the pooches out to pee. bye yall!
Kelly Crunchy...So sorry to hear your husband is not well. I will say a prayer for both of you! Hopefully they will diagnose the problem quickly. Take care of yourself and try to rest when he does! And, please keep in touch when you have time. We all care! Susan Lee
My thoughts and prayers are with you both. Keep us posted as time permits. Hey guys---thanks for all the kind words...he is okay, one more night in the hospital but I am going home tonight. I slept in a recliner last night and dont want to repeat that. I discovered that I was able to get a wireless signal in the hospital room today but he has been on the laptop watching movies!
XOXOXOXO- Crunchy...hope you're not too sore from the recliner Crunchy, that's good news about your hubbie.
MarisaCrunchy You are in my thoughts and prayers. xoxox meme
The hospital where I work looks and feels more like a hotel. The rooms are private with pull out sleeper sofa, for guests. The nurses wear these little locator things that connect to the nurse's station so there's no over head communication, just direct to the little light in the patient room. Plus there's room service for the patients that aren't on special diets. Each floor has it's own little kitchen to warm up the food or for a quick cooking meal.
There's a special equipment room where the wheel chairs, infusion pumps, traction, etc. are kept. Can't tell you how many times I've tripped over something in that room as other things get put in there to.
MarisaHope everything works out for you all.
(And same to you too.)
