use them? why? do they work? how often do you wear them?

**added** how do they help you? I understand the concept of them but does it stop fluid from building up or exactly what do they do?

Funny you should mention flights... I just took two in the last 3 days and thats what made me think of getting something like them because I am going wacky with flares from traveling.

Just curious - why can't you sleep in them?
