Golf drills for Ra people.....Wake up, sit in bed saying OUCH and oh no a flare.Maybe I can do it. Eat some toast. Take 2 pills. Wait One hour watching TV. try to get up. Take 20 minutes to get dressed. Baby steps to the car cause your knees are swollen. Realize you forgot your golf clubs since you are so tired. Go back and get them. Get to the Golf course. Ask someone to take the clubs out since the tendonitis is killing you.  Take an 2 Advil. get the cart and get to first tee 1 hour late. Go to put the ball on the tee and realize that your neck and back hurt so bad you are afraid you will not be able to straighten up. Then give up and go home....That is the RA Golf drill you idiot...
