I'm sickened by reading all the con artists' pitches on this forum.

Don't try to foist your quackery on people in pain.

O.K.  Now that that's understood,

I have had two flare-ups of Polymyalgia Rheumatica in the last 15 years. It's an auto-immune disease with symptoms a lot like Rheumatoid Arthritis.  I've been able to keep it under control pretty well lately with a combination of an anti-inflammatory diet and supplements of vitamins,  minerals, and herbs.

The vitamins and minerals are generic, and the herbs are purchased at the bulk section of the local health food store.  I encapsulate them using a gadget they sell there.

I find ginger, cayenne, garlic, and tumeric to be most helpful.

By the way, I soak cayenne powder in vodka for a few days and use the clear liquid on top to rub onto my hands if they're red, sore, and swollen.  Works amazingly well.  Just don't rub your eyes!  You can wash your hands after 15 minutes and still get the benefit.

Best wishes and have a great New Year!
