Hello all,

I am new to the forum but I have been diagnosed with PsA since I was 29 and I am now 37.  The doctors have switched my medications, added and subtracted meds, dermatologist are being consulted...the disease is still advancing and it seems that no matter how well I think I am doing for a few months I always end up experiencing major flares from November to March every year.  I have lived in Tennessee for four years now and it seems that the weather here is not helping me at all so I am considering relocating.  My options are wide open!  I understand that everyone with PsA does not experience the weather and climate the same but I am really needing some input.  If there are areas of the United States that have been better/worse for your PsA, can you please let me know about them?  I desperately need some relief from this disease!  Thank you
I can't say that one area of the US is better than others, but I wonder if you have flu shots each year?

I did very well with annual flu shots each year for many years. Then something changed and I've found that about two months after the flu shot I go into a huge flare mode. I've since stopped getting flu shots.
Now that you mention it I did just start getting the flu shot three years ago!  I will try not getting it next year and see if it makes a difference.  Right now I would try about anything to minimize the effects of this illness!  Thank youJust be diligent about germs and don't get within a city block of anyone with anything contagious.
