I am experience bad foot pain. It comes and goes like I'll have it for a little while like 2 weeks and then it will go away for months.  I have always had foot pain but this is hurting so bad this time. I don't want to be a hypochondriac but man I don't think this could be diabeties?  Anyone just have foot pain as a form of RA.  Help...Could be osteoarthritis.  My sister has this in her foot and she really struggles with it.  She wears an entire size bigger shoe on one foot than the other.  Very painful!  Your can have RA and OA.  Good luck to you!Where is the pain located in your foot?  Sometimes inflammation causes nerve sheaths to be compressed and that causes pain in your feet.  It could be erosions of the bones and a number of other issues not even related to RA.  Lindy
Sometimes inflammation causes nerve sheaths to be compressed and that causes pain in your feet.    Lindy
I'm sure I suffer from this type of thing now and then.
I get sharpish pains running from the toes upwards towards the ankles.
This can last a week then disappear.

I get foot pain quite often.  There are erosions that have shown up on xrays.  But, I also get pain in my feet due to walking odd.  When my knees hurt, my gait changes a bit.  This also causes the feet to flair.

Anywhere you have joints-you can have pain.  There are tons of joint in your feet.  If you don't feel better after a few days, maybe you should contact your dr.  I could be as easy as changing the type of shoes you wear, or you may need a med change.

I hope you feel better soon.
