Hello, everyone,
I am sitting at home wondering how everyone is doing after this huge blizzard. I have missed three days of work. I plan to go back tomorrow.
We ended up w/five foot snow drifts and spent almost all day yesterday trying to clear our driveway ( it is a quarter of a mile long ). We finally managed to clear a narrow swath down to the blacktop road. The blacktop isn't in great shape, but I think it is passable in a four-wheel drive if you go slow. My husband just took my truck to work to check on things.
I shoveled some snow yesterday...quite a bit actually...trying to do my part. Even if the roads were great, I would have stayed home today. I am paying for my desire to be a normal person and be able to shovel snow like everyone else.
