Hello - I am a new member to a chat room. I have never done this before so please be patient with me. I was diagnosed with fibromylgia and ostroarthritis about 5yrs. ago. Would there be any ways of stopping some of the pain that feels like my body is being shredded. I work 3rd. shift, which I know does not help, but have no choice at this time. I do take medication, but that hasen't been as effective the last few months. Thank you all so very much, I am so glad I found this site. Sissy
