Hey everyone. I’ve been trying to get more calcium in my diet lately. I read somewhere that taking calcium with any wheat products makes it harder for your body to absorb the calcium. I used to think that milk with cereal would be a good enough source, but I guess not. Well anyway, I’ve just been finding some ways here and there to add some more calcium to my diet. One way I recently discovered is the new Calciyum jell-o pudding cups. They also come in fat-free and sugar-free, so it’s a great wholesome snack all the way around. And the best part, they tast great, too! Has anyone else discovered these yet?
