They travel to the major cities and do shows once a year?? My uncle is the producer, he started it back about 20 years ago and they still sell out the Houston show every year. This has turned into an awesome, upbeat thread. I love music talk. I am still comtemplating buying an iPod. Everyone I know just loves them.
Patti - I have had iPods since they first came out (I'm a Mac user) - I've gotten more people to buy them because they hear mine. I have a 30 g. & a Nano. I've never had a problem with the 30G. They're bigger & more stable. The Nanos are sweet, but fragile. I'd recommend them as a 2nd device. But they're very lightweight. If you get tired carrying things, as I do, they're wonderful.
Thanks for your recommendation. I was definitely thinking of the larger size. If I am going to do it, I am going to do it right. It really does take me awhile to make a large purchase though. Pat Benitar INXS (old INXS,not new) Bethoven Juds I don't take those, but would love to. I have sattelite radio xm and have multiple stations set for whatever i feel from 80s, 90s etc. Pat Benitar INXS (old INXS,not new) Bethoven Juds I don't take those, but would love to. I'm a music freak (have iPod, will travel). There are a lot of great suggestions here. Some I know and love. Some I don't & will have to check out. I didn't know about Enya's sister. I saw James Taylor at the Civic Arena in Pittsburgh - they opened the roof. What a fantastic concert. Saw Simon & Garfunkel when they toured a year & a half ago - it was unbelievable. Music is what gets me through the days.
Wings
ABBA
Stevie Nicks

I have an mp3 and so does my daughter. We listen to a lot of
music in our house. I have musicmatch on my computer and listen
to music all the time.
It depends on my mood for music choice, but I like anything from techno to Enya. I love it all.
Michael Buble has a really good cd that I listen to a lot that you might like.
For driving to Vegas..... soundtract Armageddon, Tina Turner- her hits, Styx, Three Dog Night, my personal copy of music used in Copperfield illusions.
For driving around town.....Kelly Clarkson, Phil Collins, Toto, Neil Diamond
When I'm working graveyard... John Denver, Barry Manilow, Lionel Richie, Backstreet Boys
I play my music to fit the mood I'm in.
