Can any of this be fixed? | Arthritis Information

I was diagnosed with arthritis at the age of 16 but I left it untreated and I'm now 20. They gave me medication for it back then and I tossed it out because I thought I was invincible and nothing would happen. I was so wrong. All of my bones crack now, I feel weak, and my hands are always sore. My fingers have even become pretty crooked. Is there any way to fix this damage that has been done? My hands look deformed and I hate it. I'm tired of them hurting too. Tired of all my bones cracking. It's making me very depressed.

I'm not even sure if it's Osteoarthritis that I have, might be rheumatoid. I don't have the time to see a doctor because of school right now. :/ I'm not sure if it's part of the disease but I'm 5'8" 120lbs at 20 years old, and I'm a male. Could anyone give me some insight? I'm sorry for this being all over the place, I'm pretty upset. YES IT CAN BE CURED BUT NOT BY A DOCTOR OR ANY DRUG.
