My new puppy makes me happy

Meet Wylie.........
Wylie is ADORABLE! My "puppy" is 3 years old, but still acts like a baby. She brings me so much joy and happiness, along with my one year old twin granddaughters! Life is good! I refuse to let this damn RA get the best of me...even though some days I must admit, I have my doubts.
awww.. cutie!!  how many dogs do you have now?
Just two right now.  We plan to get another German Shepherd later in the summer.

I'm still mourning my Samson, so I'm not quite ready yet.

Wylie is helping me with that process...He is a crazy man and a very happy pup.

Thanks, he has helped heal my heart

I don't have grandchildren yet, so my dogs will have to do!
WHO WAS SAYING THIS IS A HEALTH BOARD. THIS IS MORE OF A SOCIAL BOARD FOR THOSE THAT REFUSE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR OWN HEALTH. ONE THING ALL HAVE IN COMMON IS THE LUNACY OF MARCHING TO THE DOCTORS OFFICE FOR DRUG TREATMENTS BECAUSE YOU REFUSE TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE AND HABITS AND LISTEN TO DRUG SCHILLS LIKE LYNN. what a cute puppy,   We have 3 dogs  and a cat.   I think they keep us going  and lowers our  BP.  they put up with  us  when we are sick  and  upset  and no body else will.     If   Ron wants to come over they will take care of him.  now that would be funny to watch rusty2011-04-17 19:32:44

He's an adorable pup, Lynn!

Our toy poodle still acts like a pup.

Hope your little fella brings you many hours of enjoyment
Dogs are great companions....esp when you don't feel wellLoverly pup and yes, they do bring us happiness.  LindyCute puppy Lynn. He looks like he is a handful He is terribly cute! (And I'm not really a dog person.)

I do believe that our pets help with our misery. I have 7 cats right now and 3 are kittens. The kittens make me laugh even when I don't feel much like laughing and the adult cats are perceptive to my pain levels and give me extra cuddles when I need them.

My oldest cat, Bubby, actually comes and rubs his nose on mine when I am bedridden. Then he snuggles in with me for a much needed nap. I dunno why; but I sleep much better when he does this. Does he do it on purpose to help me? Again, I dunno...I'm just glad he does.
NJMarie, yes the do that because they know it will bring you comfort.  I have two cats and they know when to comfort me, they're amazingly receptive to our feelings.  When we're in pain, ill, out of sorts, they know.  When I had my knee replaced my cat laid as close to my knee as he could and would rest his head on it for most of the day or until I got up to exercise, then he'd be back as soon as I sat down.  I had a horrible sinus infection and was quite ill in Feb. and Mar. and my cat slept on my pillow with me, head to head.  They're like that.  LindyLynn he is so stinkin' cute! Howard has helped me so much with the loss of my beloved Hank. I had to wait awhile before I could stand the thought of getting another one. Like others have stated before, my two fur babies seem to understand when I don't feel good and I am hurting really bad. It seems that they lay with me to comfort me and let me know everything will be ok...
