For the same reason that YOU can't understand that calling people names,berating them, making fun of their illness, etc. will NEVER convince anyone to pay attention to you. EVEN IF YOU ARE CORRECT! All the caps and large fonts in the world won't help you get your message across any better, because you don't or can't remember you are speaking to real live people. People who react to HOW you say something; as well as to what you are saying.
