Great news! | Arthritis Information

After being in my worst flare for 4 weeks, I am so happy to say that my ankles, knees, wrists, and elbows are back to their normal size! The swelling has finally gone down. And I can go up and down the stairs again! Something I took for granted before. I am so happy. I think this calls for another Easter bunny tomorrow. Way to go, DAR - somebunny out there is looking out for you.  That is so awesome.  It is can be an overwhelming psychological shock to go from one extreme to the other.  I think I had PTSD for a while after I recovered from my flare! Glad to hear your feeling better. I'm better too. Have fun on Easter.trtldy4138822.7870486111That's great news. Glad you're feeling well for Easter.

Thanks guys! It is strange though. For the past month, I had to watch what ever I did. I couldn't do the most simplest things. I feel so free! I do still have some pain in my wrists and shoulders, but it really is nothing much. I will take it!

I think I am going to work out today. I will start slow, but I really miss jogging. It is raining today. For me, it is the perfect jogging day. I love the rain, but maybe I will just take a walk and see how it goes. I don't ever want to go back to how I felt last month. These flares and RA is so new to me. I have had trouble with pain and my joints all my life, but nothing like this past month. It hit me all at once. I missed doing my normal every day activities. One bright thing with this is that though there are days when you can't stand to be in your own skin, even one day like today every once and a while is so appreciated! Have a great Easter everyone. That is great news!! SO glad to hear it. Yes, good for you!  I agree with the shock of it all.  For 4 years I have had nothing and I mean no signs and then I can't get out of bed!!It is a funny feeling to feel better after feeling bad for so long. It kind of puts the limitations into perspective doesnt it? Glad to hear your good news!
