Been on many message board, but this is my first health one.

29, Male, Psoriasis for 18 years, PsA 4years.

Been as high as 100 ml of methotrexate, with 1000mg naproxine, I have Humeria in the fridge but a couple things are holding me back, one being a couple of open sores (lympthnodes, one under my arm, one under my scrotum and one on the small of my back)

The other is the lack of knowledge on injecting biologicals into your body.

The Psoriasis is large to HUGE spots,   ranging from my arms (3 large spots on the left, one on the right, two huge spots on both legs around the calf shin area.

The reason i am being so detailed here is, I have recently removed grains from my diet (i hate IT) and all dairy.   Basically following the cave man diet with flaws, them being grain fed meats and eggs. THis has unfortunately, but knowingly, led to some weight loss. I am currently 6'2 180, I used to be 200 7% body fat.   and before that 250lbs with 3% bodyfat. I have been depressed since dropping below 225, then got over it, dropping to 200 was devastating, as is 180 now.

on the PLUS side :) I feel good. ranging from 2-4 out of 10 on the past 10 days of pain during this crap weather we have had here.
I went from my wife having to help me up 5 weeks ago( 9-10 some days) to getting up and walking the dog.

I would like to know if anyone else has tried experimenting with grain and dairy free diets. I am also interested in knowing of any people that may have gone grain and dairy free, but only to stay dairy free. *** and how do you feel?

I do know that the diary free has helped me a ton. If i even have 1 milk in my coffee my thumb swells a bit and will throb, and my needs feel like rusted hinges. But i would like to go back on the whole grains for bulking again. As i am in the Gym for the first time in 2 years after a complete melt down since i could not lift a thing!

I could experiment on myself, that is my last resort.   It takes approximately 3 months to start seeing best results apparently. By then i will be 150 lbs LOL (lets hope not)

Any Personal experience and or info would be GREATLY appreciated!

Thank you
Scott Everett
