Another nice Spring day here.....

Not really sure what's on the agenda today.  I do know that we have to finish mowing the lawn (we have almost 3 acres, it can take a bit)  Possibly some more plant buying.  I would like to get some hosta's for the shady areas of the yard., maybe some creeping phlox too.

I hope everyone has a good, painfree week!

Take care,

Lynn

Good morning!

Today is the day I am going to force myself to make batches of Buttercream Frosting. As I mentioned before; I am trying to establish myself as an elite baker in my small town.

My landlord owns an ice cream shoppe and he has generously allowed me to work out of his store; instead of working out of my tiny efficiency apartment. The plan is to have a few "tasting days" when he reopens the ice cream shoppe for the summer season. So, I need to have samples of my cakes, cup cakes, muffins, cookies & breads available within a week to 10 days.

I also plan to make several batches of "Heavenly Sugar Cookies", providing the pain in my fingers holds it down to a dull roar! Mentally crossing my fingers! Hope you all have a productive day, too!
So, whats your Point, LarryGood afternoon all. Another nice day today here also...not too hot yet, but will be by the middle of the week. Haven't done much today, I'm having one of those off days. Everything hurts, and I just feel so tired and worn out. Hoping for a better day tomorrow. Hope everyone enjoys the rest of their day! Feel better soon Gale!

I went back to work for a 1/2 day.  First day back since I was released from the hospital.  Will stay busy this week and not think about the heart cath.  No meds, not even Celebrex is kind of scary.  Am going to fix Santa Fe chicken for supper and read some.  Quiet eveing.  Feel better tomorrow, Gale.  Lindy
