What is your Rheumatoid Factor? | Arthritis Information

Hey guys, it has been quite a while since I have been on here. Kids have kept me soo busy! I have a couple questions, if you don't mind giving me your personal experience! What is your rheumatoid factor number? Did that number seem to go down after you started treatment? Have any of you become disabled due to your disease, and how did your blood tests reflect that as you went on? One more question. Have any of you had bad success with Enbrel and Humira? If so, did you do well with infusion? Thank you all so much for your help!! I can't tell you how much I appreciate it. My last blood tests have me a little concerned and who better to compare it to than you guys.  Initial onset was severe and RA factor over 1,000.  RA factor has been negative for the last several years even though I have obvious flare and in pain - probably PsA and not RA.  PsA doesn't present with elevated labs.  Labs went down as treatment progressed and I started to do better but they did flucuate.  I had success with both Enbrel and Humira.  Humira was a longer success, over 2 years.  Remicade did little to help and I wasn't on Orencia long enough to tell if it would help - complications.  Hope this helps in some way.  Remember I also has PsA and that alters how I respond and the severity of the diseases.  Hope you do well.  Lindy
