With the recent posts about the extreme fatigue associated with RA, I was just wondering if anyone out there is taking Provigil to help combat the fatigue. I keep meaning to talk to my RD about this, but something always comes up, and I never get around to it. Plus, I hate adding on yet another med, but if it helps, I would certainly try it. Anyone with experience, I'd love to hear what type of results you got. Thanks! I did and it is so expensive that my insurance will only pay for it if I had Narcolepsy. My Dr. did give me Adderall and in small doses it does a great job of combating the extreme fatigue and still be able to sleep at night.Interesting because fatigue for me is the worst part of the disease.
