Older board members | Arthritis Information
I used to post on this board many years ago and am wondering if anyone knows what has happened to Deanna, Karen, Roxy etc and the many other lovely people that used to frequent this board.
Who is Lynn49 who seems to have taken over this board - every other post is by her.I don't know what happened to those people you speak of; but I do know that Lynn posts a lot of helpful & sometimes fun material for us new comers. I for one, am glad she does. I have found more useful info from Lynn's posts than I could ever find on my own wandering the web. My Google search skills fail me.

Welcome back to the board. I too wonder what has happened to some of those members. My hope is that their disease is under control and they are out living it up!
Every couple of months it seems we have members who try to insult and upset as many people as possible. Lynn49 has been bringing up helpful posts to try and push the other posts down as far as possible.
I've been around for awhile. It's good to see you back, but I hate the fact that you need to be here.

Hope you are doing well.
I have often wondered where every one is and how they are doing, that is why I came back this last time.
I also have been wondering where our old Roxy is and hoping life is treating her well as of all our older members that that been gone for awhile too but it very nice to see all the new members who have found this board.
It does seem that Lynn is working hard to keep the board on an even flow as there are times when some bored members do get a bit out of hand. I am glad that there are a few members who are willing to try and keep the board running smoothly. Usually when the board gets to obnoxious, I will leave for awhile untill the board goes back to being productive.

Well, Lynn is a respected member here and she is more than welcome to post away. It's a shame you didn't read some of her posts and then maybe have something good to say about her. But, it's good that you start right out by really introducing yourself so we know what and who you are.

I've been posting on this board for 4 years...so I'm not exactly a "newbie."
I'd be more than happy to have more people post, but unfortunately people move on, get better, find different boards or just lurk.
Feel free to add your thoughts, ideas and info to the board. That is the perfect example of why I have "taken over this board ."
Let me introduce you to ronbn56 aka tex, saraclark1, LYNN48 and now gale brisen.
ron doesn't have RA, doesn't know anything about RA and isn't interested in learning anything about RA.
As far as I can tell, his major goal in life is trolling the web looking for unmoderated health boards. He can't post on moderated ones because his rude/crude behavior gets him booted off and banned.
When challenged about his ideas concerning health he becomes ugly and mean. He sends people who dare post things that refute what he believes nasty private messages and then co-ops their names.
He must be omnipotent, because he can tell everything about the posters here without knowing them. Either that or he's just your run of the mill misogynist because every women here is fat, ugly and ignorant...according to ron.
One could say that he is a very small, angry man who is lonely and uses this kind of attention seeking behavior to make himself feel worthwhile, important, etc............

Deanna and LuAnn are on Facebook. Roxy was verbally abused on this board and left. She is not doing well at all.
