I知 in a real pickle with getting my knee replaced, I知 on Medicare & medi-cal .medicare will pay for 80% of the replacement and medi-cal won稚 do anything other then wish me good luck. I can稚 afford to pay the 20% so I might be left out in the cold on this. What do I do now can I still get a secondary insurance or is this a preexisting condition .I need the new knee and I need it soon , what am I to do please please help .thank you Most hospitals will allow you to pay off your balance slowly over time. Contact the hospital credit department and ask if you can arrange a payment plan for the balance. I have paid as little as a month and it kept the wolves from the door, so to speak!
