Are there any out there who are still taking Methotrexate via injection? I had to switch to pills a year ago because injection type was not available. The pills wreck havoc on my Tummy. My Doc said he could start me on med to relieve the discomfort, but I take so many meds now I hate to begin yet another. Any ideas for soothing an upset Tummy??Reglan may help, I take the injections though. I give myself the shot once a week. 2 minutes out of my week. That is the least time consuming medication that I am on.Have you tried eating a banana before you take your pills? I eat
a banana before all my medications. It helps coat the
stomach. It is used for people with ulcers too. It may help
at least. I don't get stomach problems from meds so far.

I wass taking the shot but it was making nauseated for daysat a time. I switched to the pills (6) and have had no more nausea. Maybe the banana would have worked.I take the pills, but I have a wonky stomach - never know what's going to upset it or when. 2nd dose tonight!
