Don't know about 1 or 2 (this is my only health board) or 3 but I agree with #4 110%.  JasmineRain2011-06-10 14:49:51

I know #4 is true because I had an eye bleed after I increased fish oil.  I did some research and found out that it causes clotting issues.  Too late and it took about 14 days for the hemorrhage to dissolve.  Lindy

Lynn and Linn
Lynn and Linn
I knew that bout the fish oil.. did my research when I heard about Jasmin's protocol..  we have to remember that usual doses may not have the clotting effect unless you also take NSAID or another blood thinning med...  fish oil is great for those who have high bp as well.. but as said.. all this should be taken into consideration in consult w/ your physician. WOW...I really never thought that fish oil could present such problems.  I have been taking 2 fish oil caps for the last 6 months ( I use to only take one cap a day). Not sure I should or want to keep taking them now. I will be chatting with the RD about this.
