I’m rather nervous | Arthritis Information

Tomorrow I see Rheumy for diagnosis - from appt. 3 weeks ago.  She took more blood and xrays and before she put a label on it, wanted to be sure.  She said I do have the early stages of something.. "quite possibly RA".... I'm scared..partly because once she says the actual words...you have RA, partly because she may not say it and I get to remain frustrated as to what is wrong or mostly what if she says it's all in my head!  I think we've let doctors tell us how it is for so long, that we are conditioned to thinking that way. I have all the symptoms and especially after reading these posts... there is no doubt.

This site has been so helpful in these last 3 long drawn out weeks between appts.  So.. thanks.. and I will advise outcome of tomorrows visit.

Good luck tomorrow!! We'll be thinking about you, however it goes. Good Luck, Milo!Good luck. Knowing is better than not. At least you can deal with it and it validates what you are feeling.I have an appointment tomorrow.  It is my second RA appointment.  I have been diagnosed for a little over a month and I have accepted it all so much better since I went on medication.

I wish you well.  Here's wishing for both of us good news!
I still have days when I feel pretty good and I begin to think that maybe it was all a mistake.
