Well yesterday was my first time with accupuncture. I am really curious if it is going to work because it definitely effected me. She put 25 needles in me, only three hurt. I layed there for 30 minutes full of needles. I liked her and she examined me and said I was having digestive problems. I never told her that but Aint that the truth ! Anyway, when I got home, I was sick to my stomach and really really weak. Also some spots where the needles went in were sore, they still are. BUT - I figure - it did do something - I really felt it afterwards so I am going to keep trying. I am feeling better today but I don't know whether to attribute that to accupuncture, being off work, the cortizone shot or my green and purple walls
I am going back to accupuncturist tomorrow. I have bruises everywhere I was stuck and some pain in some places but hey - if it helps with the ra - what's a little discomfort and discoloration
Talked to my union this morning. He told me "no worries". No way can they fire me so I am feeling much less stressed
