Okay---favorite TV shows that you could never get enough of...and the ones that you absolutly hate.
The shows that I can watch over and over again and have loved for a long time are MASH, I Love Lucy, Dick Van Dyke, The Simpsons and Taxi. I am a big fan of Family Guy and The Oblongs on adult swim and for some reason I like goofy shows like Sabrina and some of the stuff my kids watch on Nick and Disney.
I hate That 70's Show and Mad About You, and any kind of soaps or daytime talk shows or court shows. If I didnt have cable I would not be able to watch TV during the day at all 'cause all that is on is crap. I dont like watching the news that much unless it is Fox news channel. No local news for me though. I dont care to hear about building fires and car accidents...it makes me feel like I am at work.
Great survey. I watch food tv most of the day, or discovery health. Right now I'm hooked on Desperate Housewives (BTW really juicie last night), Grays Anatomy, Boston Legal and Lost, I like MASH and Andy Griffin too. I really can't stand the Judge shows (hubby loves them), don't do daytime soaps either.The shows I can ever get enough of are
1) MASH (it is so funny!)
2) Golden Girls ( Rose is my favorite)
3) Stargate Atlantis
4) Bones (the guy in it is a hunk. Don't ask me what the show is about... ha ha!
The shows I can't stand are:
1) Fear Factor. I can't watch people eat that stuff!
2) Everybody Hates Chris
3) Soaps ( I used to like All My Children, but it is always the same story over and over).
4) That 70's Show
5) Cornation Street

Oh..ok..just remembered a show that my husband likes to watch but I hate. Futurama...absolutely hate it!
My favs..... House MD, Bones, American Idol, Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, The Cosby Show, MASH, any Star Trek episode, Whose Line is it Anyway, Food Network, HGTV....I could go on, and on, and on.
I was not able to get into The Office or My Name is Earl.
I've given up watching TV. Instead my husband and I get netflix and watch reruns of all our old favorites like Upstairs, Downstairs, the Wire, ER, and old movies and documentaries. Guess that dates us.Favorite TV - current shows: House; Bones; Invasion; Boston Legal (Denny Crane!)24, Prison Break, Sopranos, Dead Zone...
Those are the only shows I watch without fail...
I do not watch anything else except sports so I really do not have any least favorite shows.
I only watch one show - Survivor. Then I rent movies. How could anyone hate MASH
The ones I don't like are all these ridiculous reality shows. Give me a good story line and acting - not idiots on parade trying to win a pot of gold, or marry a stranger.
Roxy, I've never gotten into Prairie Home Companion, but I here there's a movie coming out very soon, with Kevin Kline, Meryl Streep and Lily Tomlin in it. Sounds like it will be great!
I'm a big Soap Net fan. I watch General Hospital at night and I think I've decided I can't live without it!! Shows I love : HouseAnd how could I forget to add Rescue Me to my must see shows.
I think I just forgot about it because it is not yet on.

I am with you on the UFC. I started watching it with my son...I really enjoy it. As a kid I loved Friday night boxing but boxing has become incredibly boring. UFC is exciting. Susan LOL - this is funny! I LOVE to watch HGTV. Love all the decorating shows. Love 24............ LOVEd Sex and the City (sucks that it's over!!!! but I got 'em ALL!!) Love all the old sit coms... cosbys, facts of life, roseanne, different world, Moms.......and Seinfeld Like Everybody Loves Raymond, Dharma, Will & Grace, Desperate Housewives, ER, MONK (he CRACKS ME UP!!!) My husband is into Star Trek, and Battlestar Gallactica, Farscape, etc. I liked the new Enterprise, but of course, that's over now. I could do with or without these shows. I dont mind them.. some are fun. HATE that's about all Roxy: I listened to Prarie Home Companion for years but grew weary of it and haven't heard a segment in a long time. I may tune in sometime soon just to see if there have been any subtle changes.
I LOVE the Discovery, History, and Learning channels, and of course the FOOD network.
