Yes and YEs, I get them all the time, since going off enbrel I have noticed it a lot more, and right now I have a sinus infection or something on that order and it seems to make my neck even worse.
HOpe yours gets better soon, I try a warm towel that helps somtimes.

I haven't had a neck flare........yet.Before getting started on my meds I could hardly turn my neck. Sometimes I'd get numbness down my arms that was caused by cervical arthritis. I'm not sure if it was OA or RA since I have both but I suspect it was RA. Also my lymph glands are always swollen.I dont have arthritis in my neck, but I have a bulging disk at C5 and C6 and cervical lordosis. Basically you are supposed to have a natural curvature to your cervical spine and mine is stick straight. Dont really know why, never was really given an answer.Oh...my chiropractor recommended a round (cylinder shaped) pillow to put behind my neck. It works wonders...maybe one could help some of you. You could try a rolled towel first before you go buy one. The one I got is similar to that memory foam stuff. I got it at Walgreens for .
