I have had fibormyalgia for 15 yrs & was in an car accident in aug which adds to my pain. been to PT, pain meds. My shoulder has been killing me lately.

I've had a total replacement and two arthoscopic surgeries. The recovery from total was bad. The recovery from the arthoscopic #1 was not bad at all. Arthoscopic #2 was worse in that I had tendons partially torn and he needed to repair them. I had a pouch attached for pain
My shoulders have been attacked by the RA terribly. I thank God for arthroscopic and total shoulder replacements. I was my surgeon 10th shoulder replacement that he had done 10 years ago. My parts are still good cause my shoulder works great. I strongly suggest you get the surgery because it will not get better. That joint needs to be cleaned up. The only rehab will be time. Total shoulder surgery rehab is H---!!!!
