Severe cramps | Arthritis Information

I  woke up Friday morning with a charlie horse in my calf. Both of them have been huting eversince. They are tight and knotted. I took a muscle relaxer today and that helped some, but they hurt again now. I get worried about thing like this. It concerns me to have this kind of muscle weakness and pain. I am having it all over, it is just so extremely pronounced in my legs. Tell me you all have this right?

I don't have that, Crunchy - but I get them in the arches of my feet - especially at night - and I get them in my neck, so I do get charlie horse-type spasms - just not in my legs. Overall weakness - absolutely. And it's shocking. I spent a normal day running errands with my husband and doing some gardening. He couldn't believe it when I said I had to go in at 7:00 p.m. I was whipped. We didn't even do anything especially difficult. It was just a day. I have recently been getting one in my left foot and calf.  I haven't been drinking enough water and I think that is contributing.  I have been working like a madwoman lately, and I have let my healthy habits slide.  I am back on the horse this week.

Try drinking more water and doing all that other charlie horse stuff, bananas, etc.  I hope you feel better soon.  Leg cramps suck.
