Hi everyone. Does anyone else here get a bad headache all of a sudden ? I took a walk last night just totaling about a 1/2 a mile and shortly after I got back, boom, here comes a really bad headache. It gave me a very bad panic attack and I had to take one of my xanaxs. This attack lasted longer than others. I still have a headache this morning I get them from time to time, but it is hard to say what causes
them. I find that extra strength Tylenol and drinking plenty of
water does the trick. Keeping in a routine with your food/health
seems to make a big difference for me. They can be caused by so
many things that it is hard to tell what the culprit is.
I also have a low dose Vicodin that I use if I am really feeling bad.
I got really bad headaches when I was weaning the Prednisone.
