Most of the time my back does not hurt me and I know many of you have lots of problems with your back. I do have OA in my lower back. But I sometimes get what feels like a railroad spike down the center of my upper back. It feels like I can define my whole upper spine by the pain.
Anyone else have something similar?
Yeah, it is almost nauseating when it happens. I actually have less of that kind of pain since I have been going to a chriropractor. I think my spine gets out of alignment and it causes the muscles to spasm.
