I can't take it and I am not sure why. But, it makes me extremly sick.
I take natural spring valley calcium magnesium and zinc pill instead and do fine.
But i get extremly sick on the centrium multi V.

I have problems with my RA and anything "added" to foods, drugs... anything. They make me sick.
i have to eat almost everything organic, i can eat natural fruits etc.
