how is going. anyone get better.

lol, I wish. But thanks for the nice thought. Still have swollen hands, 1 really bad knee, 1 crooked painful elbow and teribble fatigue. Could be worse and could be alot better. I'm waiting for a reply for approval from my longterm disability claim and SS. Getting nervous about the wait for my LTD, $ is really tight right now.

My nerves are a mess. Had to go to court with my 21 year old yesterday, he's already on probation and spent 21 days in jail (the worst 21 days of my life & his). A crowd of kids stole a bike, and were we live (small town usa, everyone knows your business and each other), you need to have the right connections. Needless to say we didn't have the right connections to keep him out of jail. Anyway he went to court yesterday on traffic violation, the judge really chewed him out big time and conscidered putting him back in jail to serve the remaining 18 months that he's on probation for. He ended up giving him a fine and 1 year unsupervised probation (whew). He said he'd better not see him in the court again for anything. He's a great kid, works 40+ hours per week operating heavy equipment and driving dump trucks, works nights & weekends with his uncle and his garage, helps out at home, loves his 2 little nieces, been royally screwed by his past girlfriend (she the one who testified that put him in jail) so he has issues with trust. He's good lookings and has no trouble attracting the ladies, problem is they usually are not the kind he'd want to have a steady relationship with. He also does'nt think about the concequenses (sp) before he does or says things, age has helped some but not enough yet. Anyway, he just called on his way to work, he got pulled over and a ticket for not wearing a sealtbelt. He's a wreak and so am I. That's my sagga of the day. Thanks for listening.

Sounds terriby unfair, dbmy3. Nothing is as stressful as a situation where our kid is in trouble. He sounds like a good kid. Understand about small towns.I don't think seatbelt is a probation violation.  At least it is not here.  Tell him to get that ticket paid right away.  The longer it is in the system, the more likely they will notice he is on probation.  I see it all the time here and I have worked in Law enforcement 15 years.  Good luck and tell him to BUCKLE UP
