My name is Tammy. I am 36,married and have 3 boys. I was diagnosed with dermatomyositis as a child which is uncommon. From there developed thyroid disease and resulted in graves disease. About 10 years ago was diagnosed with OA and RA. I also have several other conditions as I am sure many of the folks here do. I stumbled across this forum and was amazed at all the people here who can actually relate to what I deal with daily. It is hard for me to talk with most people about my conditions as they don't fully grasp what is going on with me and how these illnesses affect everyday life. I look forward to talking with everyone here which I think will be therapeutic in itself.Boy, you have the full measure of autoimmune diseases. Welcome aboard. I am tired of suffering by myself so I found this site where others are going through some of the same stuff .

Well you came to the right place for suffering. But it is a great place for understanding and compassion. So welcome aboard. Most everyone hangs out in the RA section. But almost all of us have multiple diseases.
I look forward to talking with everyone and gaining some insight on RA and related conditions. Being able to support others and gaining support from like individuals is important.
