these two drugs are now being linked to cancer. It would be worth your time to check the information out if you or some one you know are taking these drugs.

It's like the celebrex one i saw, it said it was bad on the heart, then another test said it wasn't.
I get so confused sometimes.
I always look for words like "could" or "may" and if those are in it, i don't trust a darn thing.
If i get a biologic, i hope to get some sort of funding and maybe do the enbral just because results seem to be better, but remecade might be the easiest for me to get through my local hospital for a discount.
It just drives me nuts that they don't test drugs for 20 years before releasing them so they know what will happen. So many years things like Vioxx get pulled from the shelf cuz "oops we killed people" "sorry".
Thanks for letting me vent. It just bugs me that things just aren't being tested enough before they are released.
Part of the problem is that they are not sure if the increase in the risk of Lymphoma is because of the drugs or just because of the RA....so we all may be screwed anyways. HOORAY!I have read the same thing as Crunchy, that having RA predisposes us to Cancer. When I went on the Enbrel, my doctor made a big point that it could it cause Lymphoma.
Of course, I worry about that. But RA is the disease that I need to have under control right now.
