easy stretches for RA? | Arthritis Information

hey all,

been searching for a sequence of easy stretches for those with RA & have had little luck. i don't want to buy anything that may too difficult. and all the free stuff i find online is the same ole few stretches that i already do. i need something more besides shoulder rolls & deep breathing. anyone know of anything?

I love the "twirling diva!"

I have had some luck with some beginners yoga DVDs. I do mean "beginners!" Some of them are just stretches, getting your body for the whole "yoga idea!" They are very gentle. Wish I could give you a specific name...we have recently moved..need to locate my DVDs!
