Hi Deanna & Crunchy.

Deanna, I thank you for answering my email. I thought this board was finished. I looked around & couldn't really find another board. I hope you stay on here. Crunchy, you too. This board needs both of you here. People on this board have learned so much from you guys, and others here. You gals know what is the story with RA., and explain it so well. You are needed here with us!!!!!!

Darn it, we will start a petition to keep you here. Let's start the names!!

Trisha

I will gladly sign the petition.  We can visit more than one board but this one has always been home to me.

HI Roxy... I just love this board. I found this by accident when I was diagnosed with the RA. You ladies have helped me so much here. We all have to STAY!!!

Trisha

Let's all stay!!!

Of course I'm going to hang out here. I just love all you guys. I met some cool people on the other forums and I will keep up with them too. Maybe that's why this all happened, so that we could broaden our sharing.

I missed all of you.

Yeah Deanna staying

DAR

Definitely don't want to lose friends, especially after what just happened.  Please stay and make this feel like home again.Me too. Please Crunchy et all. Stay. We learn so much from you all.I am not leaving, I still am going to visit my other board too though...Waddles has done such a nice job on the round table forum...but I will post here too.I thought I wouldn't leave but I have to agree with Crunchy. Waddles is great and adds a real personal touch. I think I will have 2 homes now!

I've been off the radar for a while and don't know what's been going on, but whatever has made either Deanna or Chrunchy think about leaving, please don't!!

We need the advise and sanity of people like you.

Aurora~AI message boards were down for a while and in the mean time several folks have taken up residence at other sites. I don't think it means they won't be visiting here anymore....it just helps them to remember that this board isn't managed by one of it's participating members. Therefore problems arrise.

AI is great and the people are wonderful....but you take your chances here where as with one of the other mentioned boards it's managed by participating members who are there on a daily basis. When problems arrise they are handled quickly. Here there's no one to turn to for help with an issue. That's why I'd prefer other boards over this one. It has nothing to do with the people involved here as much as it has to do with the lack of admin response here. There's none.

If there's a new Sheriff in town please correct me....but we're all under the impression we have no one to turn to here for technical support.

That's my impression, too, Lovie. The people who find their way to AI are generally wonderful - I just think they all deserve a place that is well-managed and adaptable. It's not that I won't post here again, it's just that I will never depend on it again.  I found a home at 4ratalk.com The graphics and members are so cool there.

If you haven't already done so come by 4ratalk....it really is a fun place to hang out.

Yep, I have 4RAtalk and raconnections bookmarked, and then of course roundtable and here. I have the later two for lots of reading and posting, and the first 2 for the occaisional cruise and post. I dont think you can do too many or it gets repetitive...but each one is special in its own way.

AI is prob. the largest and most active board but no supervision/tech support.

4RAtalk is pretty big too, and has the coolest smileys...good moderation and very friendly.

The Roundtable Forums is smaller but almost all members were or are members here. It has some forums for photos, poll capabilities, and a chat room for live chat. Also close moderation there too.

RAconnections is a small but friendly forum, it is easy to navigate through and is also monitored fairly well.

I think that is a pretty good low-down on the sites that found our friends...they are all nice. I am sure there are others out there too. The Arthritis Foundation has a message board on their site, but I found the registration process to be a hassel, the board is not very user friendly, and there is not very much activity there.

No matter what, no matter where...ya'll are my little family...I have a nice collection of emails now too so we wont lose everyone again even if all of the sites crash.

Hope you are feeling well.

Trisha
