I take, or am supposed to take Actonel once a week. I always forget to take it in the morning when I wake up. Then I eat, and I cant take it. Does anyone else have this problem? What do you do to help you remember to take it?We are pretty regular about going to church Sundays, so I always take my Actonel on that day because our schedule is different from any other day during the week. It helps to have my husband remind me too. I have had good luck with Actonel. My last bone scan showed an improvement in density. It doesn't cure osteoporosis, but it can help.
Not totally awake until I get my first cup of coffee in the morning, like yourself, I forget to first take my actonel. What I do now, is set it out the night before by my coffee cup.
