hey ppl my name is clive..i recently got arthritis that too an an early age...its coz i met with an accident...now i need to do yoga according to my friend. i am frm goa & i wud be goin for yoga to Ashiyana Tropical Yoga Retreat Centre...its a place in goa...wish me well.

Welcome Clive, Yoga is wonderful for arthritis, what do you have OA or RA?, they are very different, but yoga is good for both. You are fortunate to be in a place with such wonderful yoga masters, good luck
