I have been browsing this forum for a couple weeks after waiting for my first RD appointment. They are convinced I have either RA or lupus. Pretty sure from all the research I have done it's RA. What are some lab results/levels that help determine such? My doctor kept referring to my Fana test (ana levels) as I have always tested positive. 2 years ago they were at 77, now it's at 320? Can anyone help me? I am having joint pain, fatigue. But just curious how bad my levels are. My rheumatoid factor was fine as well.
Also a little insight into family history... My twin sister has lupus and my dad has RA. Interesting huh.
Any insight would be great, it's been killing me to wait till the middle of September to my first appointment.

I don't have RA (but another type of inflammatry arthritis) so I'll leave your questions to the experts here.
