I was wondering do any of you ever get cramps in your toes and feet?? If so, what causes them and what do you do to prevent them! They hurt like crazy and my little toes contort and do all kinds of funny things...Just wondering!!
Delenaj DelenaJ, I do get that on occasion, Feels like a charlie horse gone crazy? I can't really bend my toes anymore but I do try to flex them or use my fingers to bend them a bit when that happens. Usually last just a few seconds.... Aww the joys of RA Jen
