Can anyone tell me exactly what does arthritis look like on a bone scan? I had one done today and I was wondering what the doctors look for.

I had a full body bone scan done a couple of years ago and the technician showed me the scan. You can see all these 'hot' glowing spots that the arthritis is affecting. It was very interesting and showed me glowing like a Christmas tree !!
